Terms of Participation – Competition
Organizer
The organizer of the competition is Hinterrohrgut GmbH Co KG, Familie Kaml, Flachauwinklstr 33, 5542 Flachau
Participation Period
The competition takes place during the specified period.
Eligibility
• All individuals of legal age (18 years and older) who spend the required minimum stay in an accommodation of Hinterrohrgut during the respective promotional period are eligible to participate.
• Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.
Prize and Redemption
• The winner receives a stay for the number of nights specified in the contest in one of the accommodations at Hinterrohrgut within the specified period.
• The prize cannot be redeemed for cash, is non-transferable, and cannot be resold.
• The stay can be booked subject to availability and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
Winner Selection and Notification
• The winner will be randomly selected after the end of the participation period.
• The announcement will be made no later than 14 days after the end of the competition. The winner will be notified by email or phone.
• If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the organizer reserves the right to draw the prize again.
Privacy
• Personal data collected in the course of the competition will be used exclusively for the processing of the competition.
• No data will be shared with third parties.
Other
• The organizer reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice if unforeseen circumstances make this necessary.
• Legal recourse is excluded.
