You always wanted to take a summer holiday in your own house by the lake? With private lake side terrace just for you alone? Then our exclusive lakeside chalets are the vacation spot of your dreams! For a long time we tinkered, planned and worked before our “family project” was finally realized. Family project because we all pitched in and pitched in to conjure up the perfect vacation home for you:
Our chalets in the beautiful Salzburger Land with a view of the mountains and still located directly on the lake. Attention was paid to a comfortable equipment, so you will find a lot of wood in the bright interiors, because this ensures a particularly comfortable ambience. Just 300m away is our new heated pool, the rabbit hutch and pony rides are also available by prior arrangement. And let’s face it: What could be better than being awakened by the rays of the morning sun reflected in the Winklersee?

The sea chalet is only completely rented as a whole house in the summer months from May to November! Prices are per night including electricity and heating, without catering. The local tax (€ 2.00 per person aged 15 and over per day) will be charged separately.
Interesting facts about your holiday in the Seechalet
- Arrive at the rear tube goods!
- Check-inin the Seestüberl: The sea chalet is ready for occupancy from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival.
- Check-outat The Seestüberl: We kindly ask you to clear the sea chalet until 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
- Towels & bed linen (initial equipment) are included in the price.
- We will be happy to provide baby cots on request.
- Take breakfast right there? We let you start your day relaxed! You are welcome to book your breakfast with us in the Seestüberl.
- Breakfast in bed? Go too! In return for pre-order, we deliver fresh bread rolls to the door.
- Pony riding is included for our little guests from Monday to Friday (except on hiking day, registration the evening before at the Seestüberl)
- The booking conditions of the Austrian Hotel Contract Terms (ÖHVB)apply to the rear tube goods.
- If something should happen, we recommend that you take out travel insurance before you start your vacation – this can be done very quickly, for example with Europäische Reiseversicherung: Europäische Reiseversicherung
